What is your Covid Policy?
For Our NZ Guests:
- Cancellations made due to Covid 19: If we reach Level 3 or 4 for the dates of your booking you will receive a full refund of all funds paid minus a $50 booking fee – these refunds will be made within 7 days of the cancellation.
- If we reach Level 3 or 4 during your stay and you need to vacate the property you will be reimbursed for the unused nights of stay. Payments for linen, exit clean, nights stayed and the $50 booking fee will be deducted from the refund.
For Overseas Guests:
- Cancellations made due to Covid 19 within NZ are as above.
- Cancellations made due to Covid 19 within the country of origin – if you are unable to travel due to restrictions placed there is no refund for bookings cancelled within 14 days of your stay. Cancellations made 15+ days will fall within our standard Terms and Conditions.

Is Linen and Exit Clean Provided?
All bookings are given the option of linen – you can choose to bring your own or hire linen at $35 per person, if you decide to hire in, the beds will be made up ready for arrival.
Exit cleans are compulsory for all stays – this is based on the number of guests and length of stay.

Can we bring Pets with us on holiday?
We have a lot of properties that this is certainly an option – just let us know and we can send you through some options.
