This Beach Reserve location is very desirable. Great open spaces, privacy, easy beach access, no roads to cross, just minutes from the sand and surf.

The large lounge opens up to a decked area with good views of the beach reserve, large comfortable sofas, plasma screen, log fire. The dining area offers lots of room for family meals, it opens up to a large, fully fenced, private paved courtyard with great outdoor living facilities and BBQ. The kitchen is very well equipped with walk-in pantry, wine fridge, large 6 burner gas hobs and electric oven, double sinks and large granite servery, just the place for friends to gather for wine whist dinner cooks.

Very easy access to the beach just 1 minute flat walk, with no roads to cross, close by are tennis courts and childrens play grounds.  The property is set over looking a large reserve, this is a huge bonus to families with young children as it is an ideal space for them to get out summer or winter, away from roads and have a good time, kicking a ball, playing cricket, riding bikes and scooters.

During the peak holiday period Dec 17th to Jan 25th minimum stays are in place of 7 to 10 nights. This does depend on vacancies available, please call or email the office to discuss your requested dates. Statutory Holiday Weekends; minimum stay of 3 nights, nightly tariff of $750.00 per night except during the peak rate of December / January when the rate is $1100.00 per night.  Easter is a minimum of 4 nights at $1100.00 per night. Exit clean fee applicable of between $175.00 – $350 incl GST, dependent on length of stay and guest numbers. Linen Hire Packs available on request $35pp incl GST.  Porta Cot and High Chair available on request – No Charge.
