Positioned so the property enjoys peaceful green outlooks and views of the sea. A short walkway through the reserve leads directly to Omaha’s golden shoreline, and a playground and tennis court sit opposite, making this an unbeatable spot for families.

Two-Pavilion Layout for Ultimate Privacy

The property is arranged across two separate pavilions, connected by sun-soaked and sheltered decking, giving families plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying shared spaces.

Main Pavilion — Living, Dining, Elevated Comfort and Master Bedroom.

The main pavilion is the heart of the home, featuring:

• A generous open-plan lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings
• Full-height windows framing the reserve and coastal views
• A contemporary kitchen with quality appliances and a butler’s pantry
• Smooth flow to expansive decks and a sheltered outdoor lounge area

It’s an ideal environment for cooking, entertaining, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, you’ll find a beautifully positioned bedroom with sweeping views — a peaceful hideaway perfect for slow mornings and evening sunsets.

The main pavilion also includes a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower that opens onto a small private deck. With the sea in sight and fresh air all around, it’s a uniquely relaxing feature.

Second Pavilion — Private Suites

Across the deck sits the second pavilion, containing two additional bedrooms.
Each one has:

• Its own ensuite bathroom
• A private external entrance – no internal access between bedrooms.
• A peaceful outlook and excellent separation from the main living areas

The upstairs has a queen bed and King Single Bed.
Downstairs has a queen bed and set of bunks.

This setup offers privacy for extended families, grandparents or friends.
