Enter into your own piece of paradise, downstairs of the main house you have a fantastic open plan living, dining and kitchen, that opens out onto the outside entertainers dream – large swimming pool, spa, trampoline and kids playhouse. Long afternoons and evenings enjoying the afternoon sun, splashing in the pool and looking across the country vista – just what your 2021 should finish on and your 2022 start with.

The main house has 3 bedrooms: Master with King Bed, ensuite and views across Matakana, also a small toddler bedroom attached.

Family bathroom and separate toilet service the further 2 guests rooms, one with Queen Bed and one with single bunks.

Downstairs also has another shower / toilet. Laundry and outside shower/

If that’s not enough you also get a self contained unit, great for the grandparents or another family – this sleeps 4 with Master bedroom with queen bed upstairs and downstairs 2x singles. Your own kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining.

This property is only 10 minutes walk to central Matakana, so a nice stroll to the markets or many restaurants in the area.

Preference will be given to bookings of 2 weeks and over.

There is live stock at the property and surrounds so please do enquire first about bringing your dog.
