Lower level consisits of main living, bathroom and Master bedroom, king bed, walk-through-robe, ensuite and opens out onto the front lawn.
Bunk room also loacated on the lower level, with a set of bunks.
Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms, 1 with super king bed and 1 with queen bed open out on to the deck. You also have a the single room with 1 King-single and 1 single bed and a large bathroom.

Plenty of parking for the boat or the kids to ride their scooters or bikes around.

Smart TV and Wifi for entertainment when not at the beach.

Garage is not available for use.
