Enjoy breakfast on the beach side deck, or dinner in the bbq courtyard area both offering all day sun. The large breakfast deck opens adjacent to the kitchen area, which works so well and the outlook over the beach reserve is real Omaha.

The private walled courtyard area offers afternoon peace and quiet and a great place for the evening BBQ dinner.

With 4 large bedrooms and extra beds in the family room you will find plenty of space for 2 families or extended family. It has been furnished in a comfortable, casual style making it extra family friendly. We have provided a very popular family getaway house due to the relaxed living this house offers, its close proximity to the beach and its family friendly living spaces and amenities.  many times it has proved just right with overseas guests and kiwi families coming together.

We can’t think of a better place to bond than strolling along the pristine sands of Omaha Beach.

This property also caters for small business conferences, and we can offer other properties close by to house all your colleagues in their own bed. We have accommodated guests from many large NZ companies, and have received many positive comments.

During the peak holiday period Dec 17th to Jan 25th minimum stays are in place of 7 to 10 nights. This does depend on vacancies available, please call or email the office to discuss your requested dates. Statutory Holiday Weekends; minimum stay of 3 nights, nightly tariff of $750.00 per night except during the peak rate of December / January when the rate is $1100.00 per night.  Easter is a minimum of 4 nights at $1100.00 per night. Exit clean fee applicable of between $175.00 – $350 incl GST, dependent on length of stay and guest numbers. Linen Hire Packs available on request $35pp incl GST.  Porta Cot and High Chair available on request – No Charge.
