With great living space upstairs, and large wrap around deck to take in both sides of Omahas views you can follow the sun.  Send the kids downstairs to a large rumpus area with their own TV, Wii Station, darts and table tennis table. Off street parking, even for the boat and with the boat ramp only 2 minutes down the road convienance is key.
